Taking full advantage of their time in Italy, Victoria Beckham was spotted heading out to dinner with her sons Cruz, Romeo, and Brooklyn last night in Milan. The former Spice Girl looked super sexy in an all-black ensemble as she led her sons into Gold Restaurant along with iconic Italian designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana.
